He means you should be specific in what you say.

1. "Stores?" says absolutely nothing about what your post is about. You started another thread with the title "question plz answer newbie ;P"
Do you see a pattern there?

2. What is an "amp wire" ? The power cord? What kind of amp is it? The power cord on my amps looks just like the power cord that goes into a computer tower.

Thunder Pulse has a point. Being ambiguous and broad does not help us to help you.

Neither does posting in the wrong section of the forum.

You don't need to start another thread, a Mod can move this one.

What exactly are you looking for?

PM a moderator or wait until they find the thread themselves.

A mod is like a lifeguard at a swimming pool. You don't 'use' one, they'll take care of the situation privately.

Any musical instrument store should have instrument cables. If you don't have a local store then any of these places would have them...

I'd suggest Butch at Bayou Cables but I'm not sure he's up to the communication challenge.

Zing.

I cannot think of a single music shop that does not sell instrument cables though. Maybe you need to ask the sales staff for help.

If you do not want to buy online, are there not any music stores where you live?

It may look the same, but anything with any juice will likely need a heavier gauge power cord than the computer's....
