Hey y'all, I don't know exactly where to post this so I'll try here. Just a little background, I'm 23 years old and I have extreme pain in my hands, shoulders, elbows, wrists and fingers. All this started back when I had to walk away from playing college football due to heart problems and I have slowly gotten worse health wise. They've tested for just about everything and they told me I have Fibromyalgia, and most recently what could be a gluten intolerance for which I started a new diet, however I have seen very little alleviation in pain in my upper body although most symptoms elsewhere have gone away. I had to quit playing bass heavily for over a year and now I can't stand to sit on the sidelines due to pain and am trying to push through hoping that I can build enough stamina or find a comfort level that will allow me to play again. I am looking to find any warm ups or stretches or any other advice that would relieve some of the pain or help me build up more stamina.
Any help or advice or anything would be greatly appreciated, I really don't want to have to give up playing the instrument I love!
