Studio / Rehearsal space share in southern NH

Gents,

I lost my lease on my studio location and so I have spent far too much time trying to find a new suitable location.

I have found 1-2 places that are great, but too big (and hence to expensive) without sharing the spaces.

I live in Nashua, and would like something near by. I have found an awesome space in Hudson, NH with 2 bathrooms, kitchenette, and plenty of space. looking to help subsidize the space.

Not really looking for a studio partner per-se, but would consider it. More likely dividing the space up securely for each person to do their own thing.

I'm sure it's going to be cheaper than a rehearsal room , and it can't hurt to have a recording studio on site!
