I've had my ipod shuffle (original) for a while, and its was good for what I need, a thing that played music that I could run and exercise with. However a big gripe was that it was locked to the computer its set to...so I couldn't get songs from other pcs onto it. And eventually it wasn't recognized in my usb port for no reason at all...no matter what I tried, I could only charge it (and even then I have to insert it very carefully at an angle that's not fully in the usb port) luckily it has a bunch of my favorite songs on it. Also, it it slowly lost the bass it could put out (and no it is not my headphones, they sound great on my friends zen, still with all their bassy goodness) so it's a function main of the device itself. Also, a screen interface would've been nice.
So, I come to the talkbass community, and ask for your recommendation as to as music device that:
-I can run/jog with
-Won't only work with only one computers music library
-will work as a flash drive if possible...not that important on this list though
-has either built in bass boost and/or can be tweeked for bass boost...nothing like your songs sounding thin and empty..
thanks in advance........... |

It kills the Ipod in every test and reviews. Does not need the stupid softwear (use it with every computer) , it has amazing sound and video quality , great EQ , calendar , organizer etc etc.
Ive used mine a few months and its amazing.

and i love it! Cheaper better quality then the Ipod.
I recommend something with a flash based hard drive rather then a hard drive, flash-based are better for movement then hard drive-based but does not have as much space to store MP3s ect.
Make sure that if you do look else ware make sure to look at reviews ect.

go to www.tucows.com and search 'ipod access for windows'
go to http://www.zcrack.com/crack_download...1/2067356.html hit 'download' and get the serial generator for this program.
put the exe for 'ipod access...' and the serial gen for it on a thumb drive so you can have it on any computer.
now you can do everything you want with a great music player.
you can also enable disk use for your iPod.

| | | | Creative Zen Vision FTW!
I love mine, you can sync music to and from your computer with ease, and it works with any windows media library, no fuss. Great color screen and does pics and vids too. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
