I just got myDurafoam Case from Musicians Friend for $40. and I could not be more impressed. Sure I would not launch it out of a car window, but this is pretty cool for a "Gig Bag" on steroids and for $40 you can't go wrong. It comes with a regular handle and 2 straps to carry the guitar or bass like a back pack! I like that.
Has anyone else tryed one of these?

No but I have looked at them. I have 3 cases and five instruments so I've been looking at "affordable" options.

I've had one for about 6 months. It is definately one of the best cases I've ever had. I wouldn't abuse it, but it is a good compromise between a bag and a standard hard case. It offers much more protection than a gig bag and about half the weight of a hard shell case.

I'm going to need another couple of bags/cases. Are those superior to the "Premium" bags that MF offers?

Since we don't have a Cases forum, I am moving this to Miscellaneous.
