T-Shirt design for metal band

I want to get a design done so I can print them on to t-shirt transfer paper on an inkjet. I've found a few graphic design sites where you put up projects and designers bid. Problem is, most of these are what I would call lame for what I want. Spent hours searching and I'm tempted to ask http://www.sebastiankruger.com/ as he painted the cover for Hobbs Angel Of Death, these days seeing who he does work for I think he may be out of my budget.

The theme would be a sexy nurse injecting me and some other stuff going on, a mental patient theme. Anyone know of anyone for this ?

Awesome artist for sure... but it doesn't really scream metal to me.

I'm pretty far from the metal brew-ha-ha, but if i were looking to get some pro-artwork done, i'd contact French: http://funeralfrench.blogspot.com/

I think the artist you put up would translate really well for an album cover... not so much a t-shirt... but that's purely IMHO.

You're going to spend money getting the artwork done but then doing the actual printing with an inkjet transfer?

I think you'd be better served spending time designing the artwork yourself and then farming out the screen printing. If you go this way, check with whomever you are going to have do the screen printing for the file type and resolution for the submitted artwork.

Iron on transfers look like something a kid would do - with images of unicorns.
