Was Tal on the Blind Faith album cover?

Ha. I see what you did there.

Good one.

I once posted the Blind Faith cover in the album cover thread...and had it removed (not allowed; no bare breasts...didn't even dawn on me. Duh).
The BF cover has a cool concept...the girl is "Eve" &, in lieu of an apple, she is tempting us with technology (the jetplane).
Also, the girl is the younger sister of the girl that was supposed to do the shot...the older sister backed out.

saw her with her straightened and I didn't like the look the curl adds so much softness to her look. But now that I know she was on the Blind Faith cover I am lusting her LMAO

Blind Faith girl was only 11. Weird Times

Ozonbass 01-07-2013 06:18 PM

Which makes her 50+ now...hoping they don't re-issue with a new photo.

I don't have the cover in front of me, but I seem to remember that what she was holding was a hood ornament from a 1955 Chevy.

No, it sort of looked like one but it was much sleeker.
I think 55 Chev hood ornaments were hard to come by in 1969 London

I have a coffee table book about Album Covers...IIRC, it was a toy jet airplane.

...and give her the horse!

georgiagoodie 01-08-2013 01:24 PM

Perhaps we can get Tal to re-make the cover (holding the U-bass), and autograph a 48"x48" copy for each of us!

What the hell kind of parents say yes when some random creepy dude on the subway solicits their 12 year old for naked pictures?

JimK 01-08-2013 04:06 PM

...it was the '60s?

Funny.

By the way here is a pic I found of a 55 Chevy hood ornament, you can see how I was confused. (For over forty years...)

My mother is over eighty. Over Christmas she said when she gets a mammogram she used to unbutton her shirt; now she unbuckles her pants...

And that does look like a '55 Chevy hood ornament, Mike.

Biggbass 01-09-2013 12:20 PM

Ornament is from a 56
