Good one.

I once posted the Blind Faith cover in the album cover thread...and had it removed (not allowed; no bare breasts...didn't even dawn on me. Duh).
The BF cover has a cool concept...the girl is "Eve" &, in lieu of an apple, she is tempting us with technology (the jetplane).
Also, the girl is the younger sister of the girl that was supposed to do the shot...the older sister backed out.

I don't have the cover in front of me, but I seem to remember that what she was holding was a hood ornament from a 1955 Chevy.

No, it sort of looked like one but it was much sleeker.
I think 55 Chev hood ornaments were hard to come by in 1969 London

Perhaps we can get Tal to re-make the cover (holding the U-bass), and autograph a 48"x48" copy for each of us!

Funny.

By the way here is a pic I found of a 55 Chevy hood ornament, you can see how I was confused. (For over forty years...)

My mother is over eighty. Over Christmas she said when she gets a mammogram she used to unbutton her shirt; now she unbuckles her pants...

And that does look like a '55 Chevy hood ornament, Mike.
