I was just watching the Jeff Beck Live at Ronnie Scott's video
and happened to notice that Tal uses a Drop D Tuner.
I never noticed that before.

Interesting to see that! I've used one for years, and really like it. I drop down for a song, and back up for the next one without any delay. Don't need it if you play a 5 though...

My Jag has one. It's really nice for me, cause I'm lost whenever I pick up a fiver.

I play a 30 song set and I do two in drop D, so for that occasion it is nice. The rest of the time I can be happy in my standard 4 comfort zone.
