Talkbass is labelled as chat!

Today, while browsing the web at school during break, i discovered to my horror that Hampshire County Council have blocked Talkbass. They havee labelled it as chat aswell!

I work in tech support. They've redone the firewalls and stuff here, and the internet is, of course, instrumental in tech support. One of the techs was looking for a fix for an Excel problem- he got the blocked web page- it was "classified as computing/internet."

these people give us a curiculum. One of the websites they provide for information was blocked. Now thats just plain insane
