The longest strap that I've been able to find is about 4 and a half feet long. I estimate that's about a foot shorter than I need it to be. I'm tall, and I have really broad shoulders, so I need a really long strap to hang the bass where I want it. Any ideas where to find such a strap?
No, I'm not interested in raising my bass. No, you're not better than me because you already do. Just looking for help here.

I'm 6' tall, wide shouldered & wear my basses a little below hip level. It could go another 6" if I wanted the option. I also use a Levy's black suede one which does about the same.

They'll do any length you like -- and they have some stunning designs.
Nice people, too.
Cheers

Get a Bowflex, the only way you can play bass.

On the last strap...
I can see it now. I trip over the drummer's cymbal stand, fall backwards and impal myself in the back of the head with antlers. Does that come in large treble hooks? Good times... |

| | | i'm 6'1 tall and lankey. i have been using kepur straps over a year now and will not use anything else. if you can try it in person do that before buying, some pull don't like the way they feel. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/guita...+202504&page=1 |

Cheers
