tambourine challenge

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm doing a show case with a solo bass but I wanted to add a tambourine. If i sit down I could tie it to my leg or something.

Anyone have suggestions as to how I could make it work?

They make a pedal (like a kick drum pedal) that has a tambourine mount. Or you could velcro it to your leg.)

Yeah I've done the kick-pedal-mount deal many, many times, it's great and I recommend it highly. A bit expensive though if you are just going to use it one time.

On the cheap, what I'd do is mount it to a mic stand and position it near my right hand. Works for standing or sitting.
