Tascam Bass Trainer - upgrade to mp3??

Hi basspeople!
I've got this thing here - the Tascam Bass trainer. LOVE it, BUT I'm getting tired of burning new practice CD's and switching CD's all the time when using the device. Isn't it possible to get the same thing with a mp3 (very important: portable) player? I've got to have it with me in my gigbag. I just need the loop function and the Tempo switch. Not everything else!

AMEN!!

I found this thread searching for exactly the same thing!
I love the Bass Trainer, hate burning CD's and throwing them out all the time.

Anyone know of anything to will do this?

EDIT:

Further searching turned up the Korg Pandora. Looks like just the ticket to use with my MP3 player. Even has the effects, loop, pitch and/or tempo change and everything. Gotta love that!

Very pricey but interesting.

Just FYI, I've been using my MP3 player with my Korg Pandora PX4D. In fact, I haven't used my Tascam Bass Trainer since purchasing the PX4D. The headphone amp and bass modeling in the PX4D is vastly superior to the bass trainer. Smaller, lighter (about the size of a cigarette pack) and FAR nicer on batteries.
