With many of us getting our taxes ready for filing and sending it in for our returns and GAS at probably all time high, it made me curious as to what other TB member's were hoping to spend a little, some, most or even all of their return on?
I myself have been looking into buying a new amp. Have a couple ideas and I have been really eyeing an Ampeg SVT-3 Pro (Jimmy you would be proud). Of course I am going to try to take my parents advice they gave me when I was a little kid and save a lot of it as well. We'll see how well that goes. |

Last year I got myself a Brice 5string Fretless for just over $300.
This year I was planning on booking a cruise, but that may not happen.
I need some dental work, so some of it will go towards that, and if I have any left, I may look into a combo amp.

Refund should be in my bank account by Monday. I will use the rest of the money to help my dad to paid some medical bills and to paid some debts. |

| | | | Used a small amount for new DR strings for my Jazz bass and one of my Brice 5 strings. Also got a Planetwaves String cutter/peg winder. Will honestly say it's the quickest i've ever changed strings.
Saving the rest for a new iPad, but of course found a Geddy Lee Jazz on the bay that seems to call my name. Damnit

This is our first year with the new baby and she did alright especially after claiming me as I didnt but maybe 2 months last year due to heath complications. She set me a nice budget, and Ive been looking, reading and watching clips more than ever. Everytime I think yea, thats it!!! I'll find something else. At this point I think it'll be mighty interesting to see what the big brown truck deleivers. I think I know now, but Im not going to say and change my mind again. Lets just say Ive spent 5+ hours since last night reading, watching and drooling over this one. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
