To all fellow "polite Canadian"
TBers, if you haven't joined the Canadian club or the Facebook group, WHY NOT??? (Just a friendly plug, Bill!)
Secondly, I started a thread on the Facebook group called "Canadian Venues (Winnipeg)" to help out other local and possibly visiting bands as to the ins and outs of various venues. Stuff like: do I need to bring a PA? What kind of stage? Ease of gear shlepping, etc.
I thought this was a great idea and others (from my city) would contribute or start a thread for their own cities. So far no takers...sigh
Oh well....
