For whatever reason, I feel the urge to down grade my current setup.

I dont know why but right now, I wanna replace all the stuff I have right now with 2 Crate BX215E's, a Hartke 5500 head and an OLP MM3 bass.

Is there something wrong with my brain or is this normal sometimes?

seriously, why not? there are lots of good tones to be found down here in the 'cheap' seats.
