Hello.. there's another thread about this.. but i'm canadian and i'm in Atlantic City for a month and i realise that the Bass Player City named Philly is near Atlantic City... so Maybe you guys can tell me where to go to try things that i'll must have if you know what i mean!

There is no good bass shop in the Philly area. Not even a dedicated bass shop. At most you'll find a couple of low level carved basses in some of the violin shops. Sad but true...

oh, you were talking about electric basses... Same answer... No dedicated electric bass shops either...

Since your in Atlantic City, you're only an hour from New York City, forget Philly and check out all The Groove Shop, Sadowsky and all those cool guys in the Apple!

Are you driving very fast or you know a better road that the bus driver don't know :P ?
Cause it take 2 hours and half to Atlantic City from New York!
But yeah sure i want to go to new york!

There are plenty of shops; a few guitar specialists, your typical big-box retailers, but not a single bass shop.
