Time to celebrate Greg Curbow's life and work

Electric guitar and bass luthier Greg Curbow left this life August 13th at the age of 48. I met him casually many times before I knew who he was. He was one of the humblest and thoughtfulest of the greatly talented folks who pass among us. One could talk to him for hours about guitars before he might eventually say something like, "I've built a few guitars...." He moved from Atlanta quite a while ago, but returned quite often to socialize with his myriad musician friends and aquaintances. His contributions and instruments will live on. If you haven't played one, keep your eye out for a Curbow instrument. These are the living testament to this man's dedication to his art.
