 Time Signatures

Hi,
I am wondering if anyone on TB has heard of a website that helps one understand time signatures better. Like a website that has audio samples and you answer what time signature the sample is in?
My goal is to be able to listen to a tune(on the radio) and know what time signature(s) it is in.
Hope this makes sense and if no such website exists what advice can you offer to help me attain my goal?
