Tone and EQ Thread...

Sign in to disble this ad
Due to all the the " how do I get this tone" questions, I thought it would be helpful to put up a thread for how everybody gets the tone they want...
When posting put:
-Your bass and how it is set ( ie, tone, volume, which pickups, strings)
-Any pedals and their exact settings
-Your amp and how you set the EQ and tone knobs
-ANything else that I stupidy forgot

For example, my punk tone:
THunderbird, neck pickup on full, tone all the way up
Ernie Ball Slinky's
EQ pedal, highs on 10, mid -8, low 5
Crate 50 watt, Lo 5, lo mid 0, hi mid 9, hi 10

So yeah...
