Is Topspin pullin a fast one on me?

I preordered Victor Wooten's Music Lesson sound track, the one with all the extras under the sun. It got released a couple weeks ago and I've still yet to receive it.

Obviously with it coming from America to the UK, it's gonna take a while, so I e-mailed Topspin(the guys handling it) and they tell me they've not received the item in their warehouse yet, nor do they have any idea when it'll be arriving. I don't understand how it's possible that a company like that can't know when an item's coming into stock. Especially a new release that they should have had prior to it's release date.

Has anyone else had problems? Or have any of you actually received yours?
