Trailer Size?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey guys/girls,

My band is going to be trying to hit it big soon and do some actually tours. Right now we just use our vehicles, but our gear is growing and it's becoming harder to use multiple vehicles.

I'm curious on what size (roughly) of a trailer that we will need
Here is our current gear list.

8x10 bass cab (possibly a road case)
12 Space Shock mount case
2 Half stacks (one has road cases for the head and cab, i'm guessing my other guitarist is going to be putting cases on his head and cab)
My drummer takes up about 2 large Tupperware size bins (like 20 gallons? i really don't have a clue) and a drum rack
About 3-6 guitar/basses w/hard cases

Also, do you think it would be better to rent a Van and Trailer, or buy.

Let me know what you think!

Thanks!
