Travelling to St Louis then Memphis

I going to be going to St Louis,MO then to Memphis, TNnext weekend an dI just wanted to know any good music stores for gear ......places to buy cds...and is there and places to buy vinyl ? Just anything or any place to think would be neat for me to visist and such . Thanks

Best place to buy music and vinyl is Vintage Vinyl in University City and Euclid Records in Webster Groves

+1... if you have limited time, hit Vintage Vinyl. It's in an area called the U. City loop, with many cool little restaurants, clubs and stores. It's a nice hang, and relatively close to downtown.

Eddie's guitars has an AMAZING collection of guitars (vintage and new) and REALLY high end guitar amps (all those class A point-to-point type hand made things. It's thin on bass gear, but not bad... Mesa and Eden, and quite a few nice Fender's, Ric's and EBMM basses on the wall.
