Help Me decide, guys. Should I sell My kit or not?
A bit of background. I have had My drum kit for around 8 years or so. I bought' em originally because I wanted learn how to play, and just have' em around for the occasional jam if drummer friends came over and wanted to make some noise. Initially, I played them quite a bit and was taking some lessons from a friend of mine. As time has passed and a regular band gig got going, I have played them less and less. As a matter of fact I cant recall playing them at all in the past year. I really got to thinking hard about it today as I was checking them out and noticed that they were covered in spider webs.....
Your thoughts? |

So, it's possible that your drums could get you work. It happened to me. I kept the drums, then later traded up with another drummer for a better kit. |

No, but really, I've been selling stuff lately just to prove I'm not a hoarder ... and to get money to buy more gear. Uh oh.

Yep, the hoarder bug does frighten Me. Every time I happen to watch that TV show, I am reminded of My grandma with her antique furniture and pianos (baby grand, and upright). | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
