| If you want strobe-style function, you could spring for a Peterson Strobostomp - one of the most accurate strobe tuners on the market (if not THE most accurate). However, it's $200+, if not more... I'd never invest that much in a tuner.
On a budget, there's your usual Boss TU-2 pedal, running around $99.00 new. It's +/- 2 cent accuracy, I think. Not strobe, though, but nice regardless.
The pedal I use is a Planet Waves Chromatic Tuner Pedal, which runs around $79.00. It has strobe and sweep tuning features, an oversized note display, and just looks damn cool. Accuracy is +/- 3 cent (I think), but it seems very accurate to me. I've never had any tuning issues with it, even on a low B. I don't need a more precise tuner, because the difference would be negligible, IMO.
