Can someone tell me any info on these tuners? Might they be available for bass?

LSR tuners- and to quote from their website:

Retrofit for Most Fender and Gibson and Similar-Styled Electric Guitars

NOTE: LSR Tuners are not designed for acoustic guitars or bass guitars.

Dang! they looked cool and rather light-weight.... I'm assuming.

They're very light. However, installation with the roller nut requires some wood removal...not the thing for a vintage Strat or Paul. I think Fender bought them out, or developed them, or something...not quite sure, but if you do a search on Google, it has a bunch of hits.
