I have always thought a cool series of CD's would be where you take 4 bands and have them cover 1 tune from each of the other bands within that group. For example Rush, Genesis, Marillion and U. K. are 4 of my fav prog rock bands. If they each did 3 of the others tunes, there would be 12 covers on that CD.
To simplify matters, what tune or tunes would you like to see covered by another band. Can be any number of tunes or bands of any combination or genre. Or just one tune by one other band.
I would like to hear Rush cover Dance on a Volcano by Genesis, or hear U.K. cover Hotel Hobbies by Marillion, Or Genesis covers In The Dead Of Night by U.K. Or how about a funny one? Sabbath cover of Close to You by The Carpenters?
