| Turning older PC to Wireless

I have an older Dell PC desktop with an external hdd which carries my 400GB music collection and I use iTunes exclusively as my media player. I want to be able to access my library from my office using my iPhone Remote App but first the desktop would have to be on wifi. I have a router already installed and use it for my laptop as well as other applications. Unfortunately I can't download iTunes on my office laptop as it's company owned, you know the drill. So, I'm wondering if a Wireless N USB Adapter would do the trick.
