Anyone Remember the Tipper Gore Crap in the 80's early 90's? UGH... Thats what eventually lead to Parental advisory, which early on Boosted CD sales because of the "edgy" Factor. Of Course Many Bands were Banned Before they got around to the Label.

This sounds more like the White Houses barely talked about push to fully regulate the internet getting a head start.
