I could never understand the concept of smashing up instruments, be it Hendrix, the Who, ect...


Having said that, the bass in the clip is certainly... "sturdy".

It doesn't make sense the way he did it. He really wasn't doing ANYTHING but just standing there. It looks like he was bored and just decided to smash up the bass as a random thought. Now, if he'd been bouncing around for a while and working himself up into a frenzy, I could see the theatrical purpose. But that . . . ?

Yea, that was pretty stupid..... never seen anybody try so hard to break a bass.... whats the point.

I personally had flash backs to Kurt Coban doing stuff like that.... but at least he would throw stuff into drums and amps LOL.... much more entertaining... less disturbing than that nutcase.
