I can't stand that clown, or his sunglasses, or his derivative, rehashed muzak... but that was pretty awesome. Because of that, maybe I won't spit derisively the next time I see Bono's face plastered over a billboard hawking $1000 luggage.

Although, I have to say that the cynic in me is annoyed. Think I can score Wooten's bass by making a sign that says I'm a bass player with GAS?

I find it funny how even those praising Bono for something feel the necessity to add a line in their posts indicating their dislike in general for U2. Not that I'm unhappy with that. Everyone has opinions.

Cool! Quick! Someone point me in the direction of Mel Schacher. Perhaps he'd be just as generous toward a blind fan?? Another bass would be great.
