*sigh*
I have to admit this is my first big ebay issue in 7 years so I cannot complain too much.
Bought a body, was a good deal, that had a delivery time and return policy that I could check out before I left town two weeks for the holidays.
Past eight days I haven't heard from him, I message him a few times with minimal communication in return. Finally, I message him today and say 'What's up? I am going out of town tomorrow and was expecting this to be here yesterday..."
Shortly after I get tracking notification in my paypal/ebay info that basically shows that the label has been created, but not actually shipped.
Crap, well I am leaving tomorrow so I won't be able to inspect it in accordance with the return policy. I open a dispute in paypal and ask that we just cancel the transaction so he can avoid the negative feedback and use it as a learning lesson about the importance of communication.
Haven't ever had a dispute so I wonder how this is going to go...
Ever have situations like this come up? What happened?
