Unbelievably Great Customer Service!

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey all:

Just writing to tell you about an Unbelievably Great Customer Service experience I had.

I picked up a new axe from Sweetwater Music and my rep was unreal.

He did everything he said and more. If you want a GREAT experience and I have had them from many of the vendors we deal with, This Sweetwater Music has to be the best.

The Salesman's name is Brad Moline at ext. 1374 at Sweetwater Music.

I usually do not call out good or bad but this experience was so good, he did everything and more that he said, that he deserves recognition.

Thanks again "Brad, at Sweetwater Music".

And no, I don't work for them

I've only bought pro audio gear from Sweetwater, mics, preamps. ADA converters, JBL monitors, etc. and have nothing but great things to say about them. I'm glad you had a positive experince too.

My guy there is Joe Secu.

Yep, I get semi-regular calls from my rep, Brandon. Calls just to see if I need anything and to see how the gear I've bought is holding up. I try to buy from them when I can. I normally check their first to see if they have what I'm looking for.

One of our guitar players swears that he'll never buy from anyone but Sweetwater, specifically because of their customer service. Good to see his faith in them is well placed!

I have had some great experiences with SW as well. My "sales engineer" is Scott Colter. He will send me good deals via email and call me on occasion as well just tp check up on me and my musical endeavors. Also he sent me an email about his own personal trip to Alaska lol. At first I was like "ok thanks for letting me know!?" haha but thinking about it, I think he is trying to give his customers a more personal experience with SW. It was cool. I might just check out what they have right now.

Agreed 100%. They are that good. I don't buy much new equipment, ever. But I did a used deal with them and was treated just as exceptionally well. And teh candy in the box is always a nice touch. They have set the bar, no doubt.

They've called me twice (Vancouver, Canada). Unfortunately, I wasn't home either time. The rep seemed very personable left detailed messages. I believe the phone calls were in reference to questions I had about items on their site. I expected an email but they called instead. If/when I'm ready to make a purchase, I'll definitely consider them.

+1 to Sweetwater. Not only do they have the best customer service but I really like how they have video demos for most of their products.

They're doing a lot of things right.

Although I haven't bought a bass from them, my Sweetwater experiences have all been positive...

Sweetwater definitely goes the distance to deliver excellent customer service, in my experience.

My Sweetwater Story.... a few weeks ago a helicopter crashed a few miles away from my house! No one was hurt bad. As soon as everyone got out the chopper exploded like in the movies! I was watching the news and they said the pilot was Chuck Surack (owner of Sweetwater) I posted a message on facebook just to let people know! To my surprise Chuck sent me a private thank you message, less than 5 hours after the crash!! He let me know that everyone was at home and ok just a few cuts and scrapes! I was amazed and touched! Because we had only met a couple of times casually at Maceo Parker and Tower of Power shows...he is a sax player himself! I have bought a lot of recording gear from them over the years! They are a great bunch at Sweetwater! Peace and happy holidays! OT

P.S. He added me as a FB friend!

I'm also a convert to Sweetwater! I was a little leary of buying my American Precision V online, but I knew that's what I wanted. Of course GC didn't have any in stock when I ask (I was then told to try out one of the Ibanez or Schecter fivers hanging on the wall).

Two things I love about my Sweetwater experience was the bass I bought was the exact one they showed on their website. They had big clear pictures from all angles of the very bass I was buying. The second thing is their 55 point evaluation where they check the instrument for playability, electronic issues, and case contents. Way to bring up the bar on service Sweetwater!
