I've been playing music for nearly two decades now and have done a lot of different stuff from children's music to metal and from a Vivaldi concerto to a song where I did nothing but pluck an open string on one for the entire song. I'm 34 years old and I finally figured out that what I really wanted to do all along was commercial rap that's shamelessely white trash.
It's more fun and more rewarding than anything else I've ever done, and I've only been at it for a month. I have never felt this enthusiastic about any music ever before, not even when I was a teenager. I wish I tried this years ago, but of course all I can do now is see how far I can take this and how much my metal bands' fans will hate me for it.
Anyone else have any such unexpected and sudden revelations?

(read whitey)...was gonna go more of a comedic route with it. Unfortunatley when trying to write beats they all come out sounding very metal and not some much rappish.

That's all! Quote:

Best of luck! | Yeah, but I'm doing a white trash version of middle-class white rap (specifically crunkcore). As far as I know no one before me has been stupid enough to attempt something so pointless.
