...I denied the 50% offer yesterday. Today, Paypal sent me an e-mail with instructions of mailing back the pedal, with delivery confirmation, to the seller. Once I supply Paypal with the tracking information, I get 100% of my money back.

The more I thought about it, the clearer it became. The guy's getting his pedal back, I'm getting my money back. If the pedal is in such great working order like he described, he should have no problems selling it again, right?

Thanks to all for your input. It makes me feel better knowing that Paypal's got my back.

Update this thread when you actually get the CASH.. eBay/PayPal on a fast track to oblivion IMO.
