Upload pic. question

Hey guy's...

Maybe a dumb question here for some.... but how can I upload a pic from my computer? Seems that the only way is that you have to have a URL to insert an image. I have pics. on my computer and I can't figure out how to get them into a post.

Thanks for any help in this regard.

In the post-composing toolbar there is a paperclip icon (between a smiley and some arrows). Click it.

That option lets you post a small pic. I prefer uploading from a file hosting site such as Photobucket or Imageshack.
