| UPS bass shipping from USA to Europe. Prepaid pickup

As the title says, I'm finding many interesting basses for sale in USA but often the owner is not interested in shipping internationally because of the hassle.
I'm wondering if anyone with experience with UPS can explain me and everyone else interested in how to arrange a prepaid pickup or if there is a way to have the seller just go to nearest UPS point, drop the packed bass, get a prepaid shipping label with my address on it put it on the package.
Also if I have to precompile an international shipping module.
Just to avoid every kind of hassle to the seller and make things as smooth and quick as possible.
