| You might want to have the shipment insured against loss
or damage. Consider this part of the shipping costs.
The recipient is responsible for the import duties, if any, on the transaction.
You will have to provide a copy of a pro forma invoice describing the item, its condition and
the total purchase price paid by the buyer to you. This is
usually faxed to the buyer for his use. If you use
USPS, they have a value declaration form that covers this
declaration requirement. Do not misrepresent the actual value paid,
that is a felony if it ever comes back on you.
Other than that, its pretty straight forward. Shipments have been going
back and forth since the 1600's, so this ain't
rocket science. John Bull just wants his cut.
