Using software to get chords from mp3s

Sign in to disble this ad
I've heard about Intelliscore for use in getting chords, etc. from a Mp3 (getting the chords for a song) and was wondering how well this product or others work. Is there something better?

I can go thru a song and get the root bass notes but from there to get the full chords it's trial and error..just wondering if anything made this a bit easier. Of course working the theory and the ear and doing this the hard way is a better learning experience but time gets in the way too often.

Anyway, thanks for any help.
