USPS reduced sizes for International Shipping?

Did anyone notice that USPS reduced the size limit for international shipping to 46 inches max length? I used to ship basses to Europe and other places with no problem before, but now it looks like the only way I can ship a bass internationally is to not include the case and remove the neck from body.

Anyone have any recent experience shipping internationally with USPS?

I shipped something to Norway back in October with no problem. When do you think the changes occurred?

Ok nevermind.. I was totally looking in the wrong place. Looks like max length for most Euro countries and some others is STILL 60 inches max. Sorry if I confused anyone besides myself.
