I've spent some time looking into used SG standards, and most of the time I see them for about $800 with the Gibson HSC. They're on ebay all the time for about that much, and I think it's a fair price if everything is in good condition.

In good shape with OHSC, I usually see them for $700.00-$900.00.
See if he bites at $550.00, and if he does, have a steak dinner on him.

...600 is what we paid for my son's SG Special/faded (new), and it did not include a hsc...even the faded models go for more than that now...
