A few years back my Dad (who many of you have chatted about with me before) got friendly with Pete York, who used to play drums with the Spencer Davis group. These days Pete lives in Germany and has reverted to his earlier love of jazz, big bands, and Gene Krupa. Here's a recording of him and his band playing an arrangement my Dad wrote of the old Krupa classic, Drumming Man. Enjoy this, it's terrific, especially the drum solo towards the end.

Wow, for a guy who played "Gimme Some Lovin'" and "Keep On Runnin'", the dude can flat out play jazz drums! Your dad is an excellent arranger as well. That's serious swingin'!

Thanks for that, Bill!
