Anyone from the Columbus area remember these guys? They broke up about 4 years ago. They were a hard rock band, they had an awesome sound.

I've gigged steadily in the Columbus/Central Ohio area from 1997 to the present, and I haven't heard of them. Sorry.

They broke up at the end of 2002, I suppose they were around for 5-10 years before that. Here's an archived version of their site, if it'll help anyone remember

Ok, little update.

The lead singer of Victim is currently in a band called 9GT, 9 Good Teeth. Has anyone heard of them? They too are based in Columbus, OH.

Never heard of 9GT either, BUT.....

From looking at the archive of their website that you linked, they seem to have been playing the "us and 5 other bands" nights at the Alrosa Villa. I've played the Alrosa in the past, and while there is ALWAYS an opening act, the minor/unknown acts are the ones who share a many various-acts shows at that venue. Kind of a "if each band brings their friends, then we can get some people in this place because they can't draw by themselves as a headliner."

Not big around here then, apparently just trying to get a foothold locally.

Not to hijack this thread, but by the number of responses there are a few of us Columbus Ohio boys after all.
Who do you all play with?

If you've been in the CO music scene for a while how have you not heard of Victim? They drew some of the largest crowds ever for local shows. After Ken Newsome left Clif Harvey took over on their last cd
