Now, obviously these are not basses, and they are pretty ugly aside from the video screen. But I'm sure you can see the potential here for a cool-looking custom bass!

1. Does the guitarist REALLY need more attention?

2. How long before someone plays a show with one of these with a prono on the screen?

Badass, and would work even better as a bass, as we often have bigger bodies, and our bridges are near to the edge, rather than in the middle.

Just need to design good looking bodies....

Ever seen those guitars with the Korg KAOSS pads mounted in them, those are sweet. I think the guy from muse has one.

Them Crooked Vultures played on Austin City Limits. for one song, John Paul Jones was playing some 8 or 10 string slide bass that had a spectragraph on it. looked cool, but the tone was absolutely wicked.

Yes, there's a page with more photos on their website.
The idea is cool, but those guitars are really ugly -_-
