Video version app of amazing slow down or capo

Anyone know of any iphone/ipod app that allows you to slow down video and/or go in an 'a-b' loop. I used capo and amazing slow down lite to practice and use these features, but thought it would be cool if they had something available like this for video since I have some instructional video on my iphone as well.

Anyone use or know of such a thing exists?? I couldn't really find anything in my search.
