Blondie was inducted several years ago, and yet Todd Rundgren has not been considered. Lets compare bodies of work and decide whose more deserving of recognition. Not that Todd gives a rats ass about it, but still.... Blondie ??? seriously ??? That skank Debra Harry wouldnt allow all the original members of the band that performed those couple hits of theirs to be inducted with her.

My top five were:

Rush
Deep Purple
Heart
Albert King
Joan Jett & the Blackhearts

Take it or leave it.

I didn't realize Albert King was a nominee. He should definitely get in too. He may actually be the most deserving, in my opinion anway.

My 'no's included.........

Joan Jett & The Heartbreakers. How many hits did they actually have? 2 that I can recall.
Kraftwerk. 1 hit wonder! Really?
Marveletes. How long were they around? I know they are Motown but HOF?
N.W.A. Hell no! Isn't there a Hip Hop Hall Of Fame?

Just my opinion.

A few other acts that should already in the R&R Hall of Fame in my personal opinion. None of these bands have ever been nominated.

The Moody Blues
Yes
Jethro Tull
The Guess Who
Grand Funk Railroad
King Crimson
Emerson, Lake, & Palmer
Chicago
Paul Revere & The Raiders
Tommy James & The Shondells
Three Dog Night
Blood, Sweat, & Tears
Kansas
The Steve Miller Band
