Sleep Terror

Wankery... at its finest.

He could join my band. Yes. Problem is, NO drummer could pull that stuff off.

His christmas melody is pretty metal.

I was considering the ways that 'Nursing School' ad landed on his website.

Nicely played stuff, and it is fun to listen to.

Well, I wasn't going to until you mentioned it...

Where I come from, we have a name for those kinds of people: metal fans.

Dude. I love Sleep Terror. I've been listening to them for a few months. Their guitarist can definitely play his ass off. His sweeps are crazy.

*** does the drummer have in his bass drum(S)????

An octuple bass drum pedal? Dang...

They sure can play, but it's WAY excessive IMHO.

I just found out about Sleep Terror, and I have to say that they are definately on the right track.

Everyone has A.D.D. nowadays, and where an 8 minute "Stairway to Heaven" was okay 30 years ago, a 3 minute pop song is too long today. Metal can only get more extreme and intense by going that route.

I know I'm not 100% right, but I can definately see where Sleep Terror's approach was just the "next logical step".
