Weird new sensation

I honestly dont know if I stand alone on this subject or not & don't know if I'm posting in the right forum but here we go.

While playing music with someone I absolutely love his guitar sound & style so much that I actually get the feeling of love when he plays. I'm basically in love with a guy musically & its really weird, I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them.

I do get the same feeling from certain songs & the sound of a good bass but its never been specific before.

I know saying this that I'll get a lot of people making gay comments & references but I find them amusing anyways so have at it.

I love everyone in my band. Often times while closing our final set with Maggot Brain I'll get teary and emotional from my guitarist's incredible playing.

Maybe you just stumbled upon the secret of the bard stereotype

I know a feeling of euphoria but love? Hmm. Goosebumps maybe.

I wouldn't make much of it actually. Enjoy it for what it is!

There are certain times when I feel something like that in my bands.
I really love the guys I play with in my bands, and there are some gigs when we just mesh perfectly, and the sound gives me goosebumps.
Also, I'll never forget the time when we first heard ourselves in a recording, which gave the same effect.

I think a lot of it is the pride I have in playing with these guys. There's a certain exhilaration when I hear my friends doing something well.

Its the same sort of pride when I see band's we are friends with do well. The love we have for the music and the people gives a really euphoric feeling. I feel a sense of community or understanding from everyone, and we all share this intangible feeling of love or happiness.

Nothing homosexual about 'loving' music made by someone of the same sex. If that was the case, I'm as gay as they come

Dick Lovgren gives me goosebumps. So what?
