what is it?

Anyone know what this thing is, i am looking after it for a friend and got curious.... seems when i push the pedals i can play it like a piano...

yup, the pedals pump up bellows that blow air though pipes like a pipe organ.

why are there 2 pedals... they seem to do the same thing
