Slipknotz again,
I'm bored so I was wondering what celebrities (like actors) would play bass.
I personally think that these people would play bass:
1. Johnny Depp
2. George Clooney
3. Catherine Zeta Jones
4. Jack Black
5. Fieldy! hahaha
that was a good joke

I'd say Steve Buscemi would be a bassist. He's always playing supporting roles, sometimes uncredited... but he's often the most memorable character. |

| | | Let's put it in a Soprano's context:
Christopher..............guitars, always on the front lip of the stage
Paulie..............Drums, lots of anger issues he can work out behind a kit:
Silvio..............Bass, solid, dependable, and HARD!! |

Edit: On the other hand, he might be a bit nervous to hold down a groove.

| | | | I believe that Jack Blacks least favorite instrument is bass. In Tenacious D, I thought he refused to have a bass player? And in the movie School of Rock, the bass got no solo or credit or anything... |

I bet he could lay down a funky bass line that doesnt sound/feel like your being stabbed in the face with a soldering iron. |

| | | | I always pictured Harvey Keitel as a bassist. |

So... when you see an album that says "featuring Quinton Tarentino", dont fall for it. |

So... when you see an album that says "featuring Quinton Tarentino", dont fall for it. | Tarentino is a total guitar player and he'd steal all his licks from foreign guitarists.
Laurence Fishburne would make a kick ass bass player--an upright one as well as guitar. Bill Murray would be cool too, but he might look more like a keys kinda guy.
